At tonight's TNA house show in Cape Girardeau, MO, that was scheduled to start a few minutes ago, road agent Pat Kenney came out at the start of the show and announce that roughly half the wrestlers who were scheduled would not be allowed to work due to commission licensing issues. They are offering both refunds, and for those who don't take refunds, a free fan interaction with all the wrestlers.

From bad to worse for TNA.

One of them was Chris Sabin, the new World Champion.

You, I like you. Great taste in women what with Paige (gets her looks from her mother) and Miss Williams

Oh you!

TNA really don't help themselves at times. The reason why that house show was so messed up is that TNA forgot to get Missouri licenses for half the roster for that show. This was in the PWTorch:

The six wrestlers who were disallowed from competing at TNA's house show on Saturday night do not have licenses to perform in Missouri, according to a records search with the Missouri State Athletic Commission.

All licenses are registered to the sponsoring company, which would be TNA Entertainment LLC in this case. (All WWE wrestlers are registered to WWE headquarters in Stamford, Conn. under the working name of Event Services, Inc.)

Pro wrestlers are classified as "wrestling contestants" in Missouri and all current licenses expire on June 30, 2014.

- Chris Sabin (Josh Harter), Garett Bischoff, Wes Brisco, Jay Bradley (Brad Bradley), Miss Tessmacher (Brooke Adams), and Gail Kim are not registered to have licenses to perform in Missouri.

- Gunner (Chad Lail) was issued a license just two weeks ago on July 8, 2013.

- Jeff Hardy and Kurt Angle were both issued licenses on October 8, 1998 when they were with WWF/E, but their current licenses are registered to TNA.

- Bully Ray (Mark LoMonaco) and Devon (Devon Hughes) were both issued licenses on November 12, 1999 shortly after they joined WWE from ECW, but their current licenses are registered to TNA.

- Samoa Joe (Nuufolau Seanoa) was issued a license on January 30, 2007.

- James Storm (James Cox) and Bobby Roode (Robert Roode) were both issued licenses on April 8, 2007. This was one week prior to TNA's Lockdown PPV held on April 15, 2007 in St. Charles, Missouri.

- TNA, as a promotion, was issued a license on February 15, 2007 to promote wrestling events in Missouri.

Anyone else loving NXT at the moment? After producing Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns of the Shield, Big E Langston, and now the Wyatt Family, the next wave of new gimmicks are starting to come through.

Tyler Breeze is debuting next week. They shot him from behind on this week's show so you didn't see him, but his theme and entrance video has already leaked:

Think they're on to another winner with this lad, doing a cross between Shawn Michaels/Rick Martel/Edge & Christian gimmick.
