Or they start off giving him a proper push with aims to make him a star under Heymans tutelage, then he gets some heat killing lame ass "wins" over top level guys who treat him as an afterthought before sticking him in the graveyard that is mid card IC title territory as a replacement, thats replacement for Fandango.
Sure, its still early days and they might still have big plans for him but they've really half arsed it so far even if they didn't mean to.
