GOT Wrestle Fest Fan Thread

Paul Heyman, forming the 2025 version of the Dangerous Alliance, is going to be incredible. They'll surely have Becky and a tag team in there too, and its off to the races. The best part is like all the truly great heels, Heyman is totally in the right. Punk and Reigns have been terrible friends to Heyman storyline wise. They've mistreated him and put him in a horrible position, having to choose between them. This has has done what I thought completely impossible and made Rollins interesting again.

RAW was brilliant and got the company back on track after a poor mania.

Sounds like there's some friction between the rock/tko, and HHH/WWE. Seems like they've had very different ideas and The Rock is essentially showing up when he likes without any thought for the long term story.

The biggest thing WWE could have done is turn Cena heel and it's turned into one big anti-climax because The Rock completely abandoned it.

He needs to either stay away or be fully involved.

The Rock absolutely had to turn up at Mania!!

He was the one that instigated the whole Cody-Cena match!! Him not turning up and/or interfering made the match almost pointless!

Exactly. It shouldnt have been a case of will he show up, it was a case of he needs to show up for it all to make sense.

Cody kicked out of 4 AA's, The Rock needs to come down at that point, lay Cody out and win it for Cena.

What should have been the biggest turn since Hogan is now pointless.

If they knew The Rock wasnt turning up then the turn should have happened at Mania.

Yep. It was very poorly done..

There's no follow on for it now I don't feel..

Randy takes on Cena and wins his 15th title? What then?

I cant see Cena finishing his career as a heel. He must turn baby face again! and the only way I can see that happening is Cena 'rescuing' Cody from the Rock at some point! But the Rock not turning up made it all pointless..

It's impossible to take your eyes off of Vaquer. She has star written all over her!

I was fearing a Sami turn as well haha. That'd be a terrible decision in my book, as he's the most genuinely likeable babyface they've got.
 
He keeps the belt right up to his last match.

He wins the last match, then as the show is ending whoever holds the MITB cashes in and takes the title.

It should be Punk doing that, but I feel like they’ll just have Rhodes win it back before then.

Cena can retire a heel. He’ll still sell all his merch and can just come back whenever to a huge pop.
 
Ticket's booked for Forbidden Door. I don't always care for AEW but I've had a cracking time at both the Wembley shows I've attended and its become a nice little tradition for me and our kid to go see them once a year at the bank hol weekend and with the WWE house show in town the day before it'll be even better. Fingers crossed that the blues have a 3pm home game on the Saturday to make it a perfect three for three.
