id say a lot were just filler ...

cant see all of them being on the main rosta if you will.. just bodies needed in a battle royal

I think its mainly because WWE / Vince has stifled the talent for long, it was just cool to see wrestlers . actually wrestling instead of being told to sell a crap gimmick.
