To be honest mate I don't think he is. Complete guesswork but I reckon he literally hasn't been contracted to appear so he has been sat off at home until they need him. Silly contract they gave him, probably similar situation to rvd in tna a number of years ago. They paid him for x amount of appearances only and when he had the fans onside they used up all his appearances too quickly. Wwe probably thought brock would sign a new deal to get more out of him and he just refused to.
Far too many fake contract stories this year from ziegler to bryan. I do believe though that a lot of the past 3 months was a desperate attempt to get fans on reigns side and that is why lashley had that feud with zayn

I agree with this, reckon he's deliberately being kept away for storyline purposes.....and to be honest I like how theyre booking him.... Its almost a throw back to when I was a kid, and you only really saw the title defended on TV it seemed like 4 or 5 times a year... Hogan would defend at Wrestlemania, Summerslam, Royal Rumble maybe, and the occasional Saturday's Night main event... Even at Surviror Series hed be in an 8 man tag.... It all meant, title matches were special, and title changes a big deal....
If there was anyone on the Roster over enough this wouldn't be happening...
The fans have rejected Reigns, and will reject Lashley too.... Is strowman ready?, Guess we'll find out....
Only question now is, does Strowman win the title at Summerslam, or does Vince decide he wants Brock fighting in the UFC title match as WWE champ?...not sure what the point of Lesnar vs Lashley or Reigns is, should have just had Strowman come on Monday night and tell Heyman he's cashing in at Summerslam one on one...

That is very steep but I think it would be worth it in certain arenas.
For me Liverpool is not a particularly great Wrestling City. Maybe the crowd will be older etc though. I always find Liverpool crowds to just sit there in silence most of the time.
