With Kid Rock being inducted into the HOF and Undertaker leaving his dead man attire in the ring last year, reckon this will be the return of the American Badass?

crazy that the only way they could fit braun strowman into wrestlemania is to have him challenge for the tag team titles on his own
.

Agreed, amazing after a year of creating a star, they have nothing for him at Wrestlemania (just like last year).... This sums up the problem with WWE for me, when Wrestlemania comes around they save the main spots for Taker, HHH, Cena and Lesnar, and whoever the returning legend is (Rock, Sting, Goldberg, this year Angle), only Reigns has been elevated over the past 5 years... Its getting so stale, and so predictable (Rousey/Angle, Reigns, Taker will win the main events this year... Nakamura will beat AJ in what basically is the modern day Intercontinental title match)

WWE management are so stupid. WTF were they thinking naming the Wrestlmania woman's Battle Royle after the "Fabulous Moolah"?! It just goes to show the depth of hypocrisy and stupidity in that company that they can beat the drums of equality for the womans revolution all the while honouring a filthy piece of dog dirt like Moolah.

Seriously, they refuse to put Chyna in the HOF when she actually derserves to be in (regardless of her personal life choices, she didn't hurt anyone other then herself and derserves sympathy rather then disdain for how her life went) but they'll honour trash like Moolah who is hopefully burning in hell for all the terrible things she did to other woman in the buissness. I dont normally care for mob mentaily rage at all let alone against WWE as most of the time it's just silly but in this case they 100% derserve all the stick the take and more besides.

Undertaker should stay retired, dragging him back out for a match with Cena because he has nothing else to do is destroying an iconic moment in wrestlemania history.

BUT

If they were to book it, i have the perfect way they could. Basically have taker just never appear, don't put him on raw or smackdown, have Cena say whatever but basically make the match impossible. Then come mania, have Cena come out and have a cry about being there as a fan, wished he could have a match, basically cut a cena promo where he takes his shirt off and says open challenge to anyone in the back because he needs to have a match.

then Kid rock starts up and out walks Taker, dressed in normal gear/badass taker. the pop they would get for that would be immense and would be much better than having him appear and setting a match up. Because we know if taker put his career on the line he would be losing so that would be a waste of time, but have him just appear would give a similar pop to the hardys last year, where even i popped for them.

Problem with WWE these days is you rarely get big surprises anymore...during the attitude era ratings were so high they could afford to hold some things back as surprises, now they have to advertise everything in advance (even every legend appearing on RAW 25)....sadly they cant do Taker vs Cena at Mania unadvertised, as they need to sell Network Subscriptions, and try boost Raw ratings over the next 3 weeks (so Taker will be wheeled out yet again beforehand).....

Would have been class though had they went with the storyline of Cena showing up at Mania to give his retirement speech as he had no-one left to fight, he's beaten everyone possible at Mania before.... then the lights go out, Takers music hits (3-4 minute match would be enough.... Taker wins, officially retires, goes into the Hall of Fame at Wrestlemania 35)...

All that said, really don't wanna see another Taker match.... Last year was a perfect send-off.... And he looked a broken man...

Traditionally wrestlers lose their retirement match, so the problem with taker having one more match is that essentially it's a losing streak at that point.

I fully agree about last year, that's how it should end, no fan fare, no stipulations, Just him calling it a day.

I agree usually wrestlers lose their last match, but i think this will be different.... Taker did the honours last year to put the new Top Guy over on his way out... There's no gain for WWE to have Cena win this (he's virtually retired himself)....
This will be Vince's way of saying Thank you Taker.... give him a big send off by beating the company's Top star over the past 10 years, then walking off into the sunset...

Been watching the mixed match challenge on the network, and really enjoying it .... Just a pity they've given away who wins it by pointing out even if the Miz gets beat, Asuka's unbeaten streak is over.....

Bliss & Strowman are a laugh...
