No chance, When/If cena wins the title again it will be history making due to him being the most decorated champion.

I Imagine they will put him in the title picture more than once over the next year or two without having him win the title, as a means to give a bit of momentum to whoever has the belt and then finally they will do it at Mania where he becomes the 17 time champion.

I think your giving WWE upper management far more credit then they derserve as to suggest they'd use such a long-term strategy. They don't think out their storylines with even a tenth as much thought as that.
