I looked into it and quite a lot of places said it was the case, as did Wikipedia

It seems to be an accepted thing now, but if it turns out I'm wrong I'll post a correction

I don't think DiBiase should count cause he doesn't actually "sing", he just says some things and laughs. Which was cool but not the same as full on singing. But like The Rock, he might have his words over his theme music but he doesn't sing a song.
