To be fair, this is Vince we're talking about, so what the plans for Wrestlemania are today, will most likely be completely different come April.... Even the plans for the Rumble winner probably aren't set in stone yet...

I can confirm they are not mate. He's been changing his mind daily about it. But looking more certain now. As you'd hope what with it being tomorrow!
