Trainers who made people go on every machine and not gain anything. They were probably people who didn't have a clue what they were doing and the trainer is just sitting there laughing.

Arseholes like that cost the industry a fortune mate. Like I say no background in anything but like telling people 'I'm a PT'. Get their kicks telling people what they 'bench'
 
Been lifting weights. It's more enjoyable than cardio that's for sure.

Agree. I can't ever understand why someone would get on a treadmill and jog for half an hour staring at themselves in a mirror than go outside and run.

I always need a kip about an hour after doing any lifting.

Rowing machines the same, so is everything in a gym.

This is why I get angry and I don't know why! Instead of recording them and sticking it on youtube they should be dropping the camera and going to help them.

Looks like the guy in the video is in on the gag, bit of a fake one there
 
Have a good work out plan.
Train at least 3 times a week and don't make excuses to swerve
Dont be a tit and lift weights you can fully control with good technique
If not then drop the weight below or two
Change your work out routine every 2 to 3 months
Cut out all the crap from your diet and ale from Monday to Friday
Enjoy the weekend as you like

2 out of that list is all I manage, and I'm counting smashing dels mar in the lifting massive weights category.
