I can't complain with the goods on offer here in the Valley of The Sun. There's a place not far from my place of work called Rosita's...$4.99 for the biggest plate of nacho's you've ever seen, smothered in the works. Heaven!

Love it...the summers can kill, but you get used to it (ok, that's a partial truth). I'd die in Houston, I can't take heat AND humidity...ugh, I dunno how you deal with it.
