I had same problem a couple of weeks ago. I think they've overhauled the whole system and you need to create a new account. I'm now registered twice, both with the same customer number but two different email log-ins and my ST is only associated with my new one

I'm not an STH, have generally used the foreverton memberships in the past. I've just had to reset my password as it wasn't being recognised. I'd recommend trying the same.

Did it just automatically pick up and link the account to your customer number when you put your name/address in?

I had to create a whole new account as none of my details where being recognised.

Good to know. I am having trouble logging in - having just changed my password.
