Brother went a couple of weeks ago and said it was garbage. Gas so.ething changed, I live in Canada now but would always be part of my match day routine
In the day, the Chinese Chippy by what was the Netley was handy, and good food and value. Once Upon Time at Goodison, and Walton.

Good honest fresh cooked food as was then.

The G S B, is OK, but these days I'd say, it depends how hungry, you are, and how much time you have, and which compass points, you are following? Plenty of fast food around Goodison Park.

Go a bit further, East - Walton Lane meets Queens Drive, some good food, of all types available.

News paper Chippies, around Goodison, that's a good sketch, for another day.

Years ago there was a Chippie, by the County Pub on County Road, as you turn towards Kirkdale, took some beating.

Long since gone.

My older brother when he goes on occasion - take his pies from a shop in Prescot - famous for good pies - heats them up wraps them in tin foil - for half-time to share with his son & grandson -

Back in the 1960s/70s Goodison had Sayers pies plus a bottle of decent Brown ale in a paper carton - not OTT prices - the cues were big , but serviceable - & half time was only ten minutes then ..... they sold out sometimes ....
👍Good quality food, and save the disappointment of queuing and they have , as expected ran out.

Memories of a life time at Goodison, in terns of the catering experience, but I don't hold grudge, I go to see good football.
