Goodison Granites - What's happening?

I bought a granite months ago now but still have no idea when it's going up. I received an email in July saying that mine would be put into place sometime in September but we're at the end of the month now I've heard nothing.

I drove past Goodison today where the granites including mine were supposedly going to go up but there didn't look to have been any work done at all? Does anyone know anything? I tried tweeting club officials but have heard nothing back.
