Don't know if they were mentioned before but there are a couple of dvd's out there by Marc Isaacs. He generally concentrates on filming people going about their daily life and aiming little bits about them without every passing judgement on their views. The people generally do all the talking.

'Lift' shows him placing himself in a lift in an unnamed council flat complex and filming the occupants going about their daily lives and finding out about their lives just from what they wish to share.

'Travellers', 'Calais', 'All White in Barking', 'Men of the City' and 'The Road' are all worth a watch too, especially 'Men of the City' about the lonely life of workers on London's streets such as street sweepers, etc, but yet managing to find a hint of hope and warmness too.

BlackFish on BBC4 in 10mins, going to watch it again, well worth a watch if you've not seen it.

I had to turn it over, just watched one about tyke the elephant which was incredibly depressing now this straight after is pushing me over the edge..that stuff where they just make up facts about killer whales tho, jesus

wouldn't even describe as nuts, a human who was beaten everyday or kept in confinement everyday would do the same

horrific stuff
