It turns up for a month or two at a stretch, then vanishes again. No signs of it so far.

He just needs to do what he's doing. Hit fairways and greens, birdie the par-5 and make Clark beat him. If he does, he does. The pressure on Clark will be enormous if Rory gets into the clubhouse tied or one back, though. I don't think Clark can keep scrambling like this forever.

Few golfers are the genius at it that Rahm is. If you want to know how to play a course, follow him for eighteen holes, then do what he does.

Assuming you can hit it that far. Most of us mere mortals can't.

Decent chance they both birdie that par five.

Clark's over in three-jack land, and Rory has made birdie a lot harder by missing the fairway like that. I wouldn't be surprised if they drop a shot or two coming in.
