Not impossible for Portsmouth and Southampton to both be in the Championship next year. Pompey hanging on to a playoff place in League One at the moment.

I think Southampton will be OK, they always bounce back somehow.

Stoke, on the other hand...they're a bit screwed. I'm amazed Hughes is still in a job.

ETA: as for who I'd like to go down, West Ham, West Brom because I can't stand Pardew, and the RS, which will never happen but it would be so funny if it did.

Swansea are doomed and may not come back for awhile.

Think it will be West Brom and Bournemouth but really hoping for Stoke and Newcastle.

They beat us down in their place, in that first season under Martinez.I remember a Southampton fan posted a comment on an article on the red echo website. The comment was we were by far the better team today. You lot just couldn't live with us.Naturally enough i was a bit annoyed, with this blokes lack of class in victory.

Certainly their fans got all uppity when Koeman dumped them to come to us.Not to mention how they rubbed our noses into the dirt, when they beat us down at St Marys both last season, and last November.Certainly for a club with just 1 major trophy to it's name, there is an arrogance to Southampton fans.So all in all yes i want Southampton to go down, and i wouldn't want to see them back in the topflight anytime soon.A decade and beyond of lower league oblivion, is precisely what Southampton fans deserve.

Although i do have one nice thing to say about them.I did like their old ground the dell.God that place had character.lol
