1991 to 2013 I think? Scored at least one goal in 23 consecutive seasons.

After he came on at half time during the 95 cup final my heart sank a little and utd were a different animal, the shoulder drop to beat Jackson and whip in a ball that eventually hit the crossbar was almost mesmerising. Our players might do that a couple of times in their careers but Giggs did it week in week out. When he didn't have gammy hamstrings that is.

It always disappoints me when players/musicians/actors I loved to watch turn out to be rubbish people, taints the enjoyment. For a lot of the late 90s early 00s he was one of the non-Everton players I loved to watch.

Apropos of absolutely nowt....I was at Old Trafford the day he made his debut, coming on as sub against us circa 1992.

We won 2-0....Tony Cottee scoring both goals is I recall correctly
