Just me or is this the ultimate [Poor language removed] house appointment? Not even going in to the details of him being a bad bad scumbag but he couldn't even be arsed with Wales when he was playing so why would you have him as manager ffs?

Imagine coming out and saying the next manager can't be English and then going and appointing Ryan Giggs. Not only are his eyes too close together but the whole WAGS thing is going to have to be sacked right off. He'd be trying to go through the squad the horrible pervert.

Guess he wont turn up for friendlys then,but he should not even be considered for this for me,he should start at the bottom and work his way up,and not live of his name to get him the job and even some of the jobs hes been getting linked to and even had the cheek to turn down supposedly,he did a little at man utd but that show of him behind the scences seemed to show and had him saying he could not cope with the stress etc

I agree . Giggs should be starting in the lower leagues before attempting a job line this . Put look Harvey , Evans , Kidd are a few examples of great coaches failing in management

disgusting appointment, this is the end of our golden generation. Coleman brought a great togetherness to this squad, how are they now expected to provide that togetherness and unity by turning up for friendlies when their boss didn't do exactly that.

He can't now moan about when all our players drop out of friendlies, they'll see it as a time of rest

this is what i hate most about it, he wasn't willing to work his way up, he wanted a top job offered to him on a plate and now he's going to get his wish. What he did to his brother should see him burning in hell, not getting a pretty much dream life.
