My son told me to purchase an EFC book online - I checked my massive collection, found 3 identical ones ordered the same book 3 times - then I finally was a second away to purchasing this one looked at my arm chair & it was there I was re reading it - doh -

Neck causing a trapped nerve - I had gout in my shoulder it's arthritis crystals in your blood cant get past your veins - very painful then trapping a nerve to your eye is your neck swollen ? Try ice or get colchicine painkillers off your GP over the telephone you can get Gout on any joint in your body ... really painful... get it sorted before Christmas

Being a bit worn down but struggling to sleep, so snatching 2 hours kip a time three times a day and just persevering through tiredness and making error after error. Tired.
Picked up a bug that’s being doing the rounds here, totally wiped me out all day yesterday, feel better today but the aching in my bones is making me really feel all of my 47 years today.
