George Waring whose just started his first year of his scholarship and currently in the USA with the academy and had to withdraw from the game on Sunday against New York Red Bulls due to a bug looks like he may have to spend sometime in hospital over there for a few weeks to recover. Get well soon mate

An update on George Waring, he had a secondary infection that went to his ankle that required a second operation and the club had his parents flown out to the States as the team came home. It is likely he could be out there for a further 5-6 weeks but will keep you posted.

Another update on George Waring, he has been discharged from hospital and is now an outpatient, he is on antibiotics and he won't be able to return to the UK for at least 4 weeks

Yep it's true, Hammar has suffered quite a bad injury I think. Posted this image on Twitter a while back (26 July) with the caption "In L1 with some friends. Not gonna let the crutches win the battle against me and keep me inside all the time!"
