Thought he was unlucky in the 2nd half when he was homing in on there goal. Defo pulled back but nothing off the ref. If he wasn't pulled back then he would have been through with a great chance and if we were given the free kick then Baines or Mirallas could have caused problems.
Yeah I thought the same a slight tug on the shirt as he ran through, knocked him off his balance. If we don't see him again next season, it's been a privilege to see him here, will be a top player in the future.

He put in a dangerous ball across the 6 yard box but nobody made an attempt to get on to the end of it.

This seems to be overlooked when people don't like him because he likes to dribble more often than not.

Second straight game he puts crosses in without people attacking them. Two problems, though. He's too fast, beats other players to the spot, and his crosses aren't predictable for our players. Still they should be waiting for either the pull-back or the dangerous ball right by the keeper. Many times, they're waiting for something else, or standing still.

It was a great cross, but when a forward has already made 3 or 4 great runs into that space and the ball never comes, you think twice about committing yourself to that space the next time.

The boy can pick a pass, he just needs to do it more often and quicker, rather than trying to beat the 3rd defender too

Whenever he darts toward the by-line, all our people in the box need to be at least a metre further forward as he continuously whips it in across the goal and no one is there to meet it.

I feel more often than not he chooses to go in alone and I can see why players like Lukaku and Coleman may just stop making runs when he has the ball. It seems like he only has to modes and that is dribble and cross, he wants to make one man plays all the time. I would like to see him link up more with Coleman, they would be deadly if they could learn a bit of Bainaar magic.

Personally, I think he is more dangerous when he plays a little more infield. Good defenders use the byline/sideline as their friend to help squeeze the space of an oncoming forward. It is up to the forward player to use skill, change of pace, and unpredictability to get the better of his opponent. Deulofeu has all these traits except for the latter, unpredictability. He rarely cuts in on his left foot and that is something he needs to work on to keep the opposition guessing.

His decision making can be poor at times but I still want him on the pitch because he's direct and he takes responsibility for making things happen. We've been guilty of over passing when attacking a lot this season and playing it safe too much. Since Pienaar has been out we've been much more effective going forward IMO.

Not sure how he thinks he's going to make it in the Barca team (a team renowned for their passing).

As frustrating and selfish as he can be, it still excites me when he gets on the ball, simply because of what we know he CAN do. He's just not consistent enough.

for the first time since Kanchelskis and Limpar were playing for us we have players that can take opposition players on playing on our wings and I like it,rather see this than Nevilles crosses floating over to no one every week.

I think he was wasteful, but on a positive note, he is a penalty waiting to happen and I think Bobby has found his best role now, right wing

Bobby found his best role?...He's always been stronger on the right

Hit/miss on the afternoon, for me...Thought he showed good intent but he let Riise encourage him to the endline almost everytime - even if he was getting past him with ease...At some point, you have to cut inside too

Was a gamble to sub him off since he was the only attacking player causing problems for Fulham's defense but they turned out to be great subs

All in all a good game, glad Everton got the 3 pts since Fulham started to turn the momentum in their favor after that fantastic strike from the Iranian...Lovely ball from McGeady to Mirallas and perfect finish
