As someone here pointed out - for Davies's goal against City he carried the ball and was floored. However, he quickly got up and scored. Geri would have stayed on the ground pulling his socks up cursing out his team mates in Spanish. We've all seen him do it multiple times.

Compare the attitudes of Davies and Geri. World of difference.

I think he will do well during his time at Barcelona. He is one of those players you have to give some leeway, and Barcelona are so damned good he just might have some. Playing like poo right now, but that is Geri for you.

Remember that. Lennon got a chance, could be squad rotation or a tactical decision for opposition, whatever.
He then hit a purple patch where he didn't deserve to be dropped for anybody. Was really very good for about 8 games.
Was right after Del's purple patch where he was skewering teams with those through balls and ridic technique crosses.

Remember that well, some of his togger then was simply breathtaking.
