No he just needs to get better at it. If he can get it off to Arteta standard then it could become very useful to us.

He wouldn't of got to that ball today though after getting volley'd up the hoop, hence the unbelievably late dive, it's a pleasure having him on the pitch to witness him dive in the first place though

Today wasn't the first time, and if he starts getting a rep for diving, it could easily go against him when there are legit penalty shouts.

Couldn't care less about the diving. I used to be 100% against it, but watching the likes of Suarez and Gerrard win countless games over the years with a combination of diving and berating referees and barely getting punished for it has made it really difficult to be outraged when Barkley or Deulofeu take a dive.

Last week I was very annoyed at him for diving. Today he was brilliant, the ball through to Lukaku's was inch perfect.
No matter how good he plays I can't condone diving, but today he just looked foolish and he got booked. If he dives again then he will get punished again eventually it will be a problem for the team. Time to stand up and be counted, your too good to be lost on a stupid suspension.

Most probably think Lukaku's pass to Kone was best today, I think his ball to Lukaku was the best. Just amazing ball.

hes got that in his locker aswell, the ability to whip a through ball from outwide or from the centre, i.e his ball to barkley in the west brom game. definitely the most naturally gifted player ive seen at everton (im only 19 though)

Totally agree but guess what, now there's no slippy or the vamp and nothing but ex kopite pundits on the telly they'll be picking up on every dive we make
