I doubt it's true although I hope it is because if he goes back, under the rules of the ban he can't come back. No in's or outs apparently.

According to new report, Fifa's transfer ban would also mean that on-loan players Rafinha, Deulofeu and Bojan cannot return [catalunyaradio]

Apparently this is because they're registered to Barca B, and their registration can't be transferred. If that actually is the case (no idea like) they'd have to remain in the B team and wouldn't be allowed to move up to the senior side.

Oh how funny would that be? obviously this won't be true because if it was, it would be comedy vaulting from heaven in this thread.

@FCBarça what are your views on the current situation and how does it effect deulofeu

I think he now supports Real Madrid like mate, apparently he fell in love with them whilst watching from the alps on a old black and white portable whenhe was knee high to a grasshopper, either that or he is just a glory hunting jarg balague whopper like

I think this ban will be the straw that breaks Gerri's back (resolve-wise). I feel he will now go "sod Barcelona and all its murky handling of young players private affairs...I am committing my future to Everton Football Club...forever"
