Who has Martinez bought through? Browning for 20 minutes twice and never again?

He might talk about bringing youth players through but there is no evidence that he will do this.

Garbutt has been in the team to deputise. Browning a couple of appearances, Barkley given a starting place, all this season. I know that isnt a huge amount but you are never going to get 5-6 youth players near the team unless you arent planning on staying up

Fair enough though, Rodwell was hindered by his hammy. He was at least a solid player prior, and we got a decent fee at least.
We probably should have kept cheebs, I know that might not be a popular decision to many but I would have preferred him over Kone.
Duffy should have stayed.

Edit: We should have kept/bought that Dier lad as well. FFS MOYLES

Pulis is looking to get rid of him this summer apparently, poor lad is very injury prone.

Ross, Stones, Garbutt and a bit of Browning. Hes only been here a season too so you cant expect several players to suddenly come through

Liked him but he needed regular football so hoped the move would be good for him as he wouldn't have got it with us.

He's 27 soon and should be in his prime but with his injuries unfortunately looks like he'll never be able to play regularly.

I never thought that much of Long but he's doing well at Brentford and if you watch him play he looks quality.

Only my opinion, but when I've watched him he hasn't quite looked the quality needed to break through as a forward in the prem, which is harder to do than in any other position mind. Could be wrong like.

Makes you wonder about our scouting network, got that Scottish lad at Real Madrid, two English youngsters in France and Germany. Now Im not saying that we can compete with the likes of Real in terms of attractiveness but if they are indeed "that" good it would make sense to surely be canvassing for the best young British talent.
