Well in terms of talent of squad, I'd say 2014-15 we had a talented squad. We underachieved then. We're underachieving now. But we're going through a rebuild process which ultimately is the start - or second attempted start - at a rebuild from the troubles that started in 2014-15.

So it's fair to say we have indeed gone backwards and are now playing catch up.

Off the pitch, we're hopeful of having a spade in the ground early next year which means we're still on course for the 2022 date for the stadium.

On the pitch, a combination of reckless spending, poor sales (selling our best players) and poor management over the past five years has seen us stagnate.

Looks like Keith Harris says 2023 at the earliest now....

I half agree, but then we've clearly progressed from having BFS in charge which could have set us back further as it is.
