The topic of people using loopholes for their own sick depravity is another topic entirely. For me, is that topic not more about straight men pretending to identify as a woman to get into a toilet. Is that not what that worry and fear is about?

The questions I am asking is the reasoning behind mentioning fetishes, and using pride, watching porn, etc. as examples. Putting pictures of a naturist stall up as an example of depravity was another strange one for me. It was a solely for the poster in question to their thought behind what they are posting.

But wouldn't that increase the risk of men just coming into female bathrooms, as they wouldn't need to disguise as women?

Edit: It also works against your argument, Trans men as they are biological women would surely be more exposed to sexual assault from biological men in male bathrooms? Which is currently the set up? Don't see you fighting for their corner?

I'm not missing anything. I think it's you who is confusing things and missing the point that me and @d34noj are making. I'll spell it out.

If someone has transitioned, use the bathroom of the sex you have transitioned to.

If you haven't, or if you just change your pronouns at will, use the bathroom of the sex you are still assigned to.

So, by saying:

You are suggesting that a biological female, who has not transitioned, having to use a female bathroom, would increase the danger of women, as a female would be entering a female bathroom and endangering other females?

Ok. That is a reach to say this what I'm arguing against, when my primary concern is biological males entering female bathrooms. So this makes no sense.

You have now come full circle and are now arguing for Trans Men (biological females) to use female bathrooms because of the inherent danger of being attacked by a male in a male space, but somehow, still think allowing those same male predators the opportunity to walk unchallenged into a female space is a good idea.
