If an 18month loan deal with a buy option then it would be a fantastic deal.

It would take us to summer 2021 when financially we will have cleared out a lot of the deadwood and the rest all have contracts till 2022 -- meaning that they are in the least year + we will sell/loan them out.

If he works out during that time then happy days, if not then he will be off at the same time we clear the decks.

No brainer.
