If he was commentating on baked beans he’d say something like when I was at United in 99 winning the champions league I once had 2 cans of beans before kick off etc

There ain’t many good ones to be fair, I’d rather have Jonathan pearce as a commentator. I watch a lot of cricket and the pundits are generally really good but with football it seems like egos and talking nonsense takes over

Pearce is a commentator and Neville a pundit, and typically Pearce creams himself when commentating on the rs. Personally I dont think Neville has an ego, hes good at what he does and admire him what he does away from football.

That’s why I put I’d rather have Pearce as a commentator, Neville does both doesn’t he? I Respect what he’s doing in the Coronavirus situation with his hotels, I just don’t like him on and his annoying voice all the time. Would much rather have Roy Keane
