Anyway, one of the best things that I have read on the BBC comments page about his sacking has to be this:

Whole lot of bad takes from uninformed non-Watford fans. Javi was done, 31 points in 32 games, no clean sheet forever, only beat Fulham and Hudds. in the League since March.
Truth is, he was sacked last week, but the owners (who have never had a team relegated under their ownership) waited until a successor was ready before announcing. That's sound , decisive planning. Other teams should learn.
