It's interesting how Roberto doesn't mention Garbutt in his thoughts for left back . I think he needs to have a good second half of the season after injury for Fulham to be considered next season.

Not really. He's clearly talking about our options now. As far as I know, there's no recall option for Garbutt, so he's clearly not in our plans for the immediate future.

He may even go on loan again next season, but I reckon he'll defo be back either this summer or next.
 
Should get one, one of them problems Liverpool made with Ratty Stirling was not giving him another contract soon as he started to come good, they dithered, and the ball started rolling for the move, OK it wasn't as simple as that and I'm not saying Galloway will do the same, but a new contract would be good call.
 

Definitely need to pin him down now.

Not only shows him but others we are bringing through that they will be rewarded.

Holgate next perhaps to come through :)
 
agree with common consensus, new contract is well deserved. He's been terrific to the extent I'm not arsed about seeing Baines back, certainly don't feel that he should be rushed back and should only regain his spot on merit.

I feel that there is a new team dynamic, a youthful dynamic which feels similar to the beginnings of Kendall's youthful team of the mid 80's .. and Galloway is very much part of that dynamic. Great attitide, tenacious, slight nastiness to him when required.

Hope the lad scores this weekend as he's been so near for what is getting to be too often.
