G.A.A. 2025.

No is the short answer to that. It’s a 50/50 game with both teams very wary of the other.

Kerry haven’t played anyone yet though mate, I don’t know how that seems to happen every year, they might go in undercooked to the intensity Armagh will bring. Both teams should be as fresh as each other. Be surprised if Armagh aren’t the more battle hardened.

Kerry will always be Kerry. No one has a marker for Clifford and you just have to find a way to stop the ball in. Equally though, we have height on them going forward.

I don’t know mate, as a Dub, we probably wouldn’t have that awe around them, these days that maybe we used to in the noughties.

Clifford’s a very good player, but I also think he can be a bit of a flat track bully, if you look at his record in very big games in Croke Park from quarter finals forward, it’s nothing special or that influential. Have also seen the likes of Murchen mark him out of a game. Stopping the supply as you say helps. We,ve limited him to 3 or 4 a game in the championship, if you do that you’ve done well and mite then half a chance.

Kerry if it’s not all going their way there is a soft under belly and temperament issues in my opinion, I don’t think their camp is that strong or resilient. If you squeeze them they often buckle.

David Clifford is an absolute gorgeous footballer but for me Paudie is actually more important to how Kerry tick along. He knitts a lot of it together.

Is he going to be fit to play?

They are both very good players mate, David is one of the best of this generation, but far from the GOAT shouts you often here in my opinion, actually think he was picked to be the poster boy for GAA marketing so think he’s pushed a lot and carries a bit of unjustified awe - not saying he’s not a very good player but there are very good players throughout Ireland, who don’t come with the same hype - no more than in Armagh and i wouldn't be fearing him.

Paudie is a very clever footballer, like Kilkenny or Alan before him he conducts the orchestra- if he can I think he plays, they wouldn’t risk him vs Cavan as there was prob no need.
