The problem is we don't have natural wide player like Arda Turan, Downing, Driver, Young or Walcott.

The closes we have got is Pienaar and Billy now, or if you prefer us to used Osman, Gosling or Arteta when he return.

If people are still thinking Hibbert has really improve, then look at all the crosses he made in the Fulham match, then you would know what I mean.

You cannot expect a RB or LB to get down the line and cross a ball in everytime, so you expect them to cross ball in somewhere near the final third of the pitch, but Hibbert crosses won't even bend across the area, it was a bare minimum standard we are expecting from a RB or LB.

Not saying we expect them to do it everytime, but surely every 2/3 attempt you expect a decent crosses coming in, but you are not going to get that from Hibbert.
 
Nuno was good at bending them in, he had good technique when striking a ball which made up for his lack of pace and overlapping. Hibbert sadly doesn't have the power or technique in his shooting boots to do that.
