I wonder if he's gonna try Iwobi in the middle or move Rodriguez inside and Iwobi on the right.

I won't mind if he's central because I think he csn actually influence the game from that position.

I've been wanting either James to be played centrally or Iwobi to be played centrally so I'm happy with either.

Also potentially a back 3 with Iwobi as a full back?

Very surprised, really thought Carlo would go back to what worked team wise for the first four games with Richie back - but I like that he has changed it up.

Big show of faith in Godfrey. He obviously rates him highly and it now clearly spells the end for Kenny at the club.

Hopefully James playing no. 10. Be surprised if Iwobi plays in Gomes’ role, not sure if he’s played there for us?

Played one game centrally against West Ham last season and played well. Started their next game away to Brighton but we got an injury and he then got lobbed out to the left so that Glyfi could come on.

Never had a game centrally since.

Should probably put this in the minor things that make you fume thread but.... that’s not in either numeric or position order (unless James is sweeper) and I find it irrationally annoying.

Can't see Iwobi playing full back, the kid doesn't know what day it is by the confused look he always has on his face, so I wouldn't trust him with defensive tactics!
