Another good win today and cant argue with Moyes's tactics.
I just wish he would give James Vaughn a chance.
Listening to the commentary Sharpy mentioned Saha being lazy and not puttin the effort in.
He knows he will play but I'm not sure he deserves a start after today and what I have seen of him this season.
I think Vaughn gives 100% is fit but is not getting the match fitness.
Well done again and cant wait for next week.

Its about scoring goals though mate, not matter how much effort you put in.

Vaughan came on and didnt do much. He'll be an impact player next week but a thing tells me any subs to be made against Chelsea will be Rodwell on for Saha, Cahill moved to striker....then maybe Vaughan on for Ossie or something.

James Vaughan is nowhere near ready to be starting games. He wouldn't last 30 minutes and his touch is still way off, which is expected.

It'll either be Saha or Rodwell. Both offer different things and it depends how Moyes wants to line up.

The 2 goals Saha scored last week could have been scored by Vaughan.1 a pen and the other a tap in, so the efffort is there its just waiting to be unleashed

63 pts and 5th place secured - would've taken that when Yakubu's achilles went twang.

With Jags, Yak and Micky all back and with two or three quality signing, we CAN AND WILL break that Sky 4 stranglehold next season. Arsenal and Chelski are on the decline and will both be vulnerable.

Steven Pienaar's 11th assist of the season and his 25th assist in 70 starts for Everton, every assist bar one from open play.

That's very impressive, considering he doesn't take set pieces or corners. What a signing he's been at 2 million.

Ive been telling you this for months and months

The day started really badly for me but just got better and better...

Did me back in throwing a tennis ball for my little girl. Agony.

Hobbled to get my train to London - train delayed by thirty minutes for engineering work! Get to Marylebone at 3.20

Then underground delayed as well. I tried to run from Putney Bridge but could only hobble like an old man. Craven Cottage stewards were rubbish - nobody knew where my turnstile was let alone my seat...missed the first thirty minutes....gutted

My seat was in row A right in the corner - Neville kissed his badge just a few feet in front of me as he walked round after being substituted...any GOT regulars nearby?

As for the game - I honestly don't think Fulham were really a threat at any stage. Maybe a couple of chances all game for them.

We were much more threatening. Cahill had bounldess energy. Pienaar was excellent again. Hibbert was sound. Not sure about Saha but I know this: he can win us a game in a moment of magic. Should start next week.

The blues fans were brilliant all game - sang/shouted the roof off...why don't we do that at Goodison?

So great way to finish an excellent season. Momentum is worth a lot. And well done Fulham for their achievements this season.

So the omens are all there for next week. 1966 since we beat them there. 14 years since our last cup win. And here's another one: in 1966, we were predicted to win the cup by a well known psychic/guru type named Maurice Woodruff. Now it seems to me that a number of people on this site have a feeling that the cups got our name on it again...just like Woodruff. Just a thought

A great day yesterday, a great performance by the team and by young Jack Rodwell, what a player he is going to be.

Had a great day in the sun, beers flowing in the park by the ground right by the river. Good times. Had to carry me old fella back to tube station to catch our transport as he got himself into a right state.
