Enjoyable read, and really made me think about my current position. Not converted me to a reasonable person perched upon the fence, but did stop the rabid foaming.

Unfortunately, if you go to GP expecting to see us win you'll leave disappointed more often than not. Four home wins in seven months is pathetic and no amount of excuses will change that. I'd love us to be successful under Martinez but I can't see it happening. I hope I'm wrong but the evidence to back him up isn't there.

I've been worried re Martinez since early days when heard players say they love training under him cos it's laid back, relaxed without flying tackles. So, guess what, we play like complacent training at weekends as well.
I've been broadly supporting Martinez, and still do cos he's our manager that's all. Remember the '90s for gods sake ? Mike walker, Wimbledon at home, cov city at home... We weren't screaming for the managers head and boooing all the time then. But now they lads get booed off evening if we're drawing at HT. Negativity. It's very easy, very dangerous and very catching.
I've been convinced for yrs this is why we bottle it vs RS especially, and in big games in general. It means too much to us Blues sometimes, and the tension transfers to the players who then play with fear. The semi vs RS at Wembley classic example.
Relax blues, SUPPORT the team. And ffs NEVER boo or abuse our own.
