From Pundit to Manager?

He's a visionary: he literally sees things on the pitch nobody else does. And it's not for nothing that in Ireland he's referred to as "The Irish Charlton".

Just to go a little further outside the box...Chiles? Doesn't know much about togger as he regularly demonstrates but probably has loads of showbiz pals like Bleakely who he could parade on matchday like Stallone.

No, it's a rubbish idea on second thoughts.

Yes, BW, a rubbish idea for Chiles. However....you could be onto something with Stallone. After all, he has played alongside Pele.:)

Nice to see you guys turning a SERIOUS thread into this rubbish. Chiles? Please! Fred Dineage? Ridiculous.

Your all talking as if the man never played at the highest level, doesn't know the game inside out and hasn't got the charisma to go with it all.

Sorry lets get Mark Hughes or Fat Sam and watch another 11 years of long ball. At least Townsend sounds like he know what passing is.

Forgive me for thinking EFC might break the mould again.

Lol at whoever mentioned Chiles, cracking option he'd be.

In serious though, Jamie Recknapp knows absolutely nothing, probably the worst pundit out there. Not a big fan of the whole idea either, nothing beats previous managerial experience.
