Making your own base is the only way. Have you tried making a cheease filled crust yet, dead ease but looks so professional

too much yeast in the dough mixture by the sounds of it, full additional fermentation, the doctor has spoken

I only used 4g of yeast, i think the birds eye chilli's had something to do with my toilet woes.
