Franny Jeffers

Have no time for Jeffers at all, I know he's popular amongst some blues as he's well known around the city and many describe him as a good lad.

But as a professional he screwed us twice, once by handing in a tranfer request to force a bumper pay rise when the club didn't have it, to when he eventually binned us off and lime Rooney left us to relegation for all he knew.

The club have treated him far better over the years then he has us, we took him back on loan, he trained and used the facilites at Everton while between clubs and he has been hosted by the club on most match days, says more about Everton then Jeffers.

Personally I'll never warm or respect the man.

He is and always be a Weasel faced Judas

To be fair to people who don't read the article he does say e would love him to stay as he is a blue and would be back as a fan once he has retired,

Back on topic I hope if anything he teaches the young lads of the downfalls of too much to soon, never forget ththat shock of him leaving and how it all spiralled.

Sad to see him still in the bookies in Liverpool long after he declared himself an addict and was in the tiny adams clinic.

Yep. Seen him looking pretty desperate in a William Hill last year, with 3 of his "mates" egging him on.

We robbed Arsenal of 8 million for him and whatever his potential he couldn't cut it and he now looks like Pob after too many years hammering the mephedrone

I say give him a chance.

he admits that he can only play in a 2 upfront but that strikers these days need to play as a 1 or in a 3 so hes not exactly qualified to teach the youngsters the correct movement for the position.
Add to that the way he wasted his talent and career he seems like the last person u would want let loose on our academy strikers.

Not sure how to feel over this. Not knowing his credibility as a coach I find it to some extent uneasy that people are judging in that role already.

Yet on the other hand, I've in the past witnesses Jeffers outside of football so my personal feelings towards him as a person are pretty low.

It was a long, long time ago but it is often hard for a leopard to change its spots etc.
