Prime everton that. A manager on the brink of being sacked, only for us to go in and pay the compo.Moyes is still in a job for now. Can't see them paying compo and Rooney is a risk. I'd say Dyche or Martinez.

It'll be Dyche. He'd be grateful for it and accept bum terms.Hope you're wrong on that one mate. This one needs to be swift and an experienced appointment. I reckon the candidates will be Nuno, Dyche, Martinez and some left field option with no Premier League experience
It'll be as left field as Wayne Rooney.Hope you're wrong on that one mate. This one needs to be swift and an experienced appointment. I reckon the candidates will be Nuno, Dyche, Martinez and some left field option with no Premier League experience
It's a very difficult job 170 million in debt players to get rid of to balance the book - I would try the current Burnley manager now.......Who's your money on for a replacement Joe?
Bill was the getaway driverHe went straight down tunnel at final whistle. Hopefully to a fast car that drove him far far away.
If he gets it, I'm done until the next beheading. It'll be Dyche. He'd be grateful for it and accept bum terms.
I disagree... Lucky to stay up last season. Has done nothing since arriving with a record similar to Rafael.Would have been a harsh sacking at that point. Although not the worst that the leagues ever seen.
Now is the time, it’s not too early or too late. We had to give him the City game as it was a write off anyway, couldn’t have sacked him after that even if we lost.
It’ll never be seen as a late sacking if he goes now, more than half the season left. It does have to be now though.
Ye me too , would have been far better for any new manager bounce to take effect. Golly do we need one right nowI almost think he was hoping to get sacked over the weeks, getting later to P/C and more, not his fault the way these players play as is up them once they cross the line no matter what they are told, but Lampard said last season we did not play the way he wanted us to, and this season would be different, it has been different as we are worst, bar 1st 10mins of the Brighton game we have been nothing and can hardly score
Because we have to sadly. He would be a better option than Dyche, and will bin most of the players. But why are we scraping the barrel.
14th would be one point higher. Why would we go for moyes when west ham are actually under us lol stellar job he's doing...Someone like Moyes or Dyche would have us 14th. I've never thought Lampard was up to the job; mainly because there is no style to the play or plan. It's been terrible from day 1.
Here we go
Agree with the sentiment but maybe not the manager choices! I think we've got better players than Bournemouth, Forest and Southampton as a minimum. A better manager would be getting better results, albeit with a squad with some serious deficiencies. Lampard is really naiive at times. He stumbled across an effective system v City but completely changed it today and was ruthlessly exposed. His tactics and systems are too easily picked apart and taken advantage of by better managers.Someone like Moyes or Dyche would have us 14th.
