Richarlison had to go to bring funds in so we could improve the team, which we have done. We`re not a pushover this season which is purely down to the 60m we got for Richey.
We should’ve spent the McNeil money on someone capable of scoring a goal.

Overdramatic much?This team....
This Club...
Is just broken, I`m fully sure this club is un-managable, by anyone. Won`t have any success or silverware in the time I`ve got left on this planet which (Hopefully) is about 40 years.... More likely to be relegated!
Lol 1 trophy I can remember in the 1st 40!Overdramatic much?
You’re 3 years older than me so surely you remember the two league titles in 85 and 87, the CWC in 85 cos I sure can the second titleLol 1 trophy I can remember in the 1st 40!
Not really, there were no other Evertonians in our household, I certainly didn`t get to enjoy them properly. You’re 3 years older than me so surely you remember the two league titles in 85 and 87, the CWC in 85 cos I sure can the second title
I'm hoping it's going to click soon, and that I'll come to realise how wrong I am, but I'd say all he's really done is get two steady lads in at the back to keep the score down, like Walter Smith did with Weir and Stubbs. Not sure the football that's been played this season is what all the fans fans wanting Lampard were counting on. It's very Big Sam.
Last season it was needs must and whatever it takes. He's been able to bring in his own players in the summer but the football has got worse.

Ever since Ancelotti left, I've been reminded of that awful period between Royle and Moyes, where the football was hopelessly dire and we seemed to be permanently circling the drain.
Haven’t we just spent £40m on Maupay & McNeil?Mad that they got Guimares for £40m, really smart signing. Night and day to our splurge on Sigurdsson when we got some money.
the buck always stops with the manager……always has, always will. That can be solely down the players though. The manager has to take some responsibility surely otherwise why the hell are we giving him a wage?!
Gerrard and Lampard both on a 33.3% win percentage
Still 33.3 is poor win ratio. One has this despite inheriting Buendia Bailey Watkins Ings McGinn Douglas Luiz Martinez Konsa Mings Ramsay early on in the season and then adding Coutinho Digne Diego Carlos Dendoncker Kamara over two transfer windows
The other inherited Keane Coleman Holgate Kenny Davies Gomes Rondon a crocked Dominic Calvert-Lewin, a crocked Townsend and an unfit Richarlison, arrived mid way through the January transfer window, and then had to sell Richarlison in the summer and got given Maupay and McNeill in return with Dominic Calvert-Lewin remaining crocked.
Completely different situations which shows who the better manager is.

If he lasts the season lol ! I don’t rate Lampard, lost to many games for my liking. It was a poor squad of players, he’s had one transfer window of restricted spending. Maybe let’s see where we are at the end of the season before bringing up win rates of two disjointed half seasons one of which wasn’t even with his players.
Nobody is scoring a goal in our current set up.We should’ve spent the McNeil money on someone capable of scoring a goal.
