They've not spent much, raided Man City's youth academy, and had a bit of a firesale the last 2 seasons. Hassenhuttl was a fraud.

If they don't sack him tonight I imagine nothing might happen for a few days - with 2 weeks til the next game there's no point in getting into an interim situation so they should be approaching their targets now for a smooth handover. Not that they've ever operated that logically in the past.

I'm convinced we bring someone in and in about 7/8 games time we look back and think "WTF were we doing delaying Lampard's dismissal for that long?".

This has gone on for way too long.

WTF are these people preventing our recovery for at this late stage?

The whole of football are waiting for Lampard to be sacked. Even a club like Bournemouth would have sacked him 3 defeats ago.

There’s half a season left, we’re a few points away from safety. Unlike last season we actually have players who can defend and midfielders who can get around the pitch. We have an issue up front but there’s still time to bring players in.

Southampton Bournemouth and Wolves have shot their load already and are still in striking distance.

We get any sort of decent manager in and we can get out of this.
