2021/22 Frank Lampard

It's on Moshiri, Kenwright, Brands, and the idiot, cowardly players.

But we need an electrocardiogram now - and Frank is not the answer. The patient is dieing on the table. We have nothing to lose.
It's just Moshiri.

He is the man, the head honcho. Everything goes through him.

Brands was neutered from the start as Moshiri chased his big name appointments (and Marco Silva weirdly) and kept chopping and changing them whilst letting them bring their own players in too. No doubt the same will happen to this new bloke too.

Appointing Frank Lampard under the pretence he was a good manager is like signing Lando Norris or Mazepin under the impression that they must be a fast driver, because they're in F1 - right?

Had a lot of help in his previous roles that might have exaggerated his sense of ability. This was never the job for a relative amateur.

Every moment on the training ground should've been spent drilling the entire team on how to see a game out. Maybe they are uncoachable but personally I think this was avoidable.

Yet would still have to rely on 1 player not making an utter calamity which these players are unable to do.

Iwobi doesn't lose the ball easily on the halfway line, we see the game out at West Ham.

Godfrey doesn't slice his clearance, we see the game out tonight.

Every game. 2 different managers.

What we need is a calm old head who has been in this situation before and who will inspire and build a collaborative spirit on the training field.
