Good post this. Fair play.

To be fair to Lukaku, he was only really playing because of the injury to Barkley. The lads you mentioned should/did handle him well considering his lack of match time.

But good post, well thought out. Hopefully see you back on here for the return game.

Btw.... has that effort by schlupp (spelling) nestled anywhere yet?

Ha ha.. bless him, the lads first premier league touch and he was panic stricken.

First thing he posted on twitter after the game was this...

I've never seen a worse team than the one we played against yesterday. Proper hoof it and hope football with Jan Koller's reserve upfront. Can see Leicester scoring 80% of their goals from a knock down off a goal kick. Even Stoke have stopped playing like that.

Going to have real problems against the teams around them when only 8000 fans turn up for a game against West Brom.

It amazes me really how people seem to watch different games.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I thought you were a hard working side who offered a direct threat. Our second half performance was poor and probably as a result deserved something from the game. Of course we as everton fans are going to view the game differently. It is not condescending to suggest promoted teams struggle to stay up. Out of interest where do u think you will finish in the table, as based on evidence of yesterday you are a hard working fit side, but have little quality. This isn't just the opinion of myself or other evertonians but of people in the media as well.

Getting lectured by a Leicester fan on our team set up, after they spawned a lucky undeserved equalizer against us.... FFS.

Really hope this guy sticks around for the season, though I suspect he'll have disappeared by December once their relegation battle is established.
No chance mate. They're not one dimensional. It was just yesterday we got to see Leicester Tigers.

Do you guys think that with your current squad only and without Lukaku, Barkley, Mccarthy and Mirallas you guys could finish in the top 6?

Poor effort.

Wow there really are some idiots on here. 10 years of Moyes and his tactics and you have the gall to question our style yesterday. I really wasn't impressed by your team at all and think we faced tougher games last season.

Don't lose sight of what you are please

What have I been reading in here ffs! Leicester deserved a point yesterday as we were dreadful second half and they never stopped till the end so fair play to them. Someone saying the lad who tried the overhead kick and accidentally caught Jags should have been sent off as well, get a grip will you! Ridiculous statement
What I actually said was he COULD have been sent off for that. Not SHOULD, just COULD. By all means have a different point of view, but at the very least please read what it is you're disagreeing with. I made that point in response to @FOXINPEACE saying that Barry SHOULD have been sent off, simply observing that the ref let a few things go for both teams.

You appear to be ranting against comment that wasn't actually made.

Would City win the league without Aguero, Toure, Silva and Kompany

How about Arsenal without Giroud, Ramsey, Ozil and Sanchez

Or Chelsea without Costa, Fabragas, Hazard and Matic

Yes mate take away our best players and we would struggle, WOW

EXACTLY.

But you fail to take into account the fact that we were missing our 4 most key players.

Yes mate and top four with them.

Can you see yourselves staying up this season and if so who will be relegated in your stead?
