If you think we were dirty then you're watching the wrong sport. You gave as good as you got and Barry should've walked
The lad who booted Jagielka in the head could easily have seen red, as could the hatchet man who took out McCarthy. Moore's professional foul as the last man when Lukaku beat him near halfway should have been a red. Barry equally could have gone. But fair play to your chap who put the ball out so McCarthy could be treated by the medics.

Suppose will have to get used to hearing excuses from prem fans this season. We're so bad but managed to get a draw against the mighty Everton!

Don't know what that last comment was about?
Davek's last comment was a sincere expression of goodwill in respect of your club's class re Bernard Murphy. Massively impressed with you guys about that.

Most of these incidents were innocuous and expected during the run of play.

Ultimately disappointed with the result but credit to Leicester for being a threat throughout the match. Barring a disaster or severe bad lack I can see them finishing mid table.

Evening fellas.
Anyway, I hope the travelling support made it home safe and well and wish you all the best with your season, see you at your place..
P.S I would like to say to the family and friends of Bernard Murphy, that he is always remembered by us at Leicester.
Classy post and thanks for remembering Bernard Murphy.

Will always have a soft spot for Leicester, Gary's legs were the deciding factor in me choosing to support Everton when all my mates were choosing Liverpool. Best of luck for the rest of the season apart from when you face us again.

Cant see it.

Based on that today, they'll be starting their season early August next year. I kept hearing Leicester were a passing side before the game, yet cant remember a time in this game where they strung 5 passes together.

Like Stoke in blue.

Having said this, nice post by the OP fella, nice gesture.

Yeah maybe I'm getting carried away. I made that prediction under the impression that 8-20th will be a bit of a lottery and Leicester seem to have a few goals and a bit of fight in them.

Once the novelty and excitement of being back in the prem wears off, they'll do well to not be in the bottom 3 at xmas.

Maybe im getting carried away too as you dont really know about a team until you've played 10 games. Their fans seem a good bunch tbf, if we're to class them on the lads who have been on the forum. Bantz here and there never hurt anyone. Had them to finish 19th In my predictions before today, so that seems about right.

Do you think you'll stay up mate?

Were you happy with how your boys performed today. More in the tank?

I was happy with the result given how many key people we had out. A lot of stray passes from people you wouldn't expect and a lot more hoofing the ball up field and hoping somebody would get onto the end of it than last year, but sounds as though that was intentional if you tend to have a problem dealing with that, and I can't tell if De Laet had an absolute mare or if Knockaert's awful performance today just left him more exposed than usual. I was happy with a few individual performances more than I was how we played overall but we got a point so I'm not going to complain

Fair play mate, point a good result for you today. I thought we shoukd have won but there have been many times where we have played crap and won or got a draw. As you will remember the last time you were in the prem its all about points to start with so a point at home against a top 5 side is a good result and will give your lads some confidence.

Yeah fair enough. Sensible post.

We also were missing key lads to our side, so bare that in mind. Has to be said im very concerned with where our fitness levels are at. Running out of steam before minute 60 was strange. This was all the invitation you guys needed and it was picked up on.

Jesus lads, moaning about the ref?? Thought he had a good game, you can't give a red for the handball on the halfway line, way too far from goal, and whilst I see why Barry could have been sent off, I can also see why he stayed on, so no complaints from me there.

Think Leicester will stay up this year, Ulloa is class, wanted him as second striker here tbh, and they seem a well drilled unit. Think if we had kept up the intensity we had at times in the first half, we would have walked with 3 points here, but nonetheless, not a terrible point, away from home, against a fired-up, half decent side.
