You think? I think he looks a picture of health. Specially considering all that time spent behind bars.Bloody hell, Danny Rowe has let himself go since leaving.
Apparently he's training up for the MMA now he's out. He's got a lot of grudges to sort out with society. You think? I think he looks a picture of health. Specially considering all that time spent behind bars.

Watch the Maradona documentary. It's not for nothing that Fylde is called the Lancashire Napoli. And when Silvio and his family with their 'ice cream vans' got him hooked on the hard stuff, poor ol' Danny had far to fall. Please spill why he’s been behind bars

The new spoiler format is a brilliant invention.View attachment 82051

You’re a geniusNEWPORT COUNTY VS AFC FYLDE
Paul Townsend kept his place in the startling line-up and after having his appeal rejected, Mark Connolly will be suspended and in came Kyle MacDonald. A tough game was predicted for Fylde away at Newport but after Mick Wisdom's corner to O'Neill, he glanced it towards Josh Ferguson who had space and time to get his shot away and put Fylde ahead. Newport pushed for the equaliser and had a header tipped onto the bar by Hadler, followed by the clearance from MacDonald. Nervy times late in the first half for Fylde. Five minutes into the second half Euan Henderson was back on the scoreseheet, finding the net from inside the box from Wright-Phillips' cross. Ten minutes later Wisdom found Wright-Phillips from the corner on the edge of the box and the winger curled one into the bottom corner, a wonderful strike, however the referee chalked it off as Henderson was blocking the sight of the goalkeeper in an offside position. Bret McGavin came on to support Wisdom in the midfield and it wouldn't be complete until the midfielder got on the scoresheet and he did precisely that, McGavin timed his run to perfection and was on the edge of the box when the keeper punched the cross clear, it landed nicely onto his right foot hitting it sweetly into the bottom corner, wonderfully done! Newport were still not giving up and a few minutes later had another header glanced off the crossbar, the Fylde defenders quick to react to clear the danger. Morgan Feeney led the line excellently and put in a tremendous performance. The Fylde back line really connecting well together and in harmony. Euan Henderson almost got a second when he chased down the Newport defenders who were slow in possession and managed to win the ball getting a quick shot away which was parried away by James Turner.

AFC FYLDE VS SALFORD CITY
Salford had started the campaign poorly finding themselves around the bottom four as opposed to the top four where their recent ambitions lie. Luke Garbutt was pointed out by Ferguson as being a key threat in this game and they must do all they can to limit the attacking full back. Garbutt delivered some early corners but Fylde were able to deal with the crosses with no problem. Morgan Feeney once again leading by example, a rare moment for Feeney when he found himself carrying the ball into the opposition half and put a ball forward for Henderson to chase into the box, Henderson was fouled in the box being sent flying into the stands and the referee gave the penalty. Henderson stepped up and sent the keeper the wrong way to give Fylde the lead after a frustrating 30 minutes. Fylde found a gamneplan that worked and it consisted of getting the ball quickly up the pitch, this time Townsend latched onto the pass from Garrett who squared for O'Neill but the flag went up late as Townsend was fractionally offside. 38 minutes on the clock when Mick Wisdom's free kick rattled the cross bar but who was there to pounce on the rebound? Paul Townsend! Scrambling the ball over the line to get his third of the season. Three minutes into the second half, Feeney launched the long ball for Tyrone O'Neill who received it on the edge of the box, getting his shot away on the half volley but the flag was raised. That's one thing O'Neil needs to work on. What a solid perforance by Fylde, all working together as one, Josh Ferguson putting in thr work to dispossess Maybanks in the final third, Burton pickinmg up the loose ball and feeding it to Wright-Phillips, he played a nice one-two with O'Neill and got the cross in, Henderson and Townsend both going for the same ball but it's Henderson who took it and buried it! Fantastic finish and it looks like the game is wrapped up. Fylde keep marching on in the National League!
DF: The gameplan is simple, for me, for us. We aim to keep everything simple and play the basics first. Every player has a role and they have been carrying it out magnificently this season. We are in a great run of form but it can always end. We have known this in the past. The lads are enjoying their football but they are working hard as a collective. The work rate is high and the levels have gone up a notch.
