Cambridge United vs AFC Fylde
21st February 2032
After the destruction of Crystal Palace, it was a trip to 23rd place Cambridge United in the league. Patrick Uttridge was back in the team partnering the in form Jordan Wilson. Wilson proved why he is one of the most dangerous players in the League when on 7 minutes he received the pass from Ferguson and done what he does best, bent it round the keeper from 20 yards out! You just can't allow him that much space, 1-0! Wilson played it wide to Bytheway on the right on 13 minutes, he crossed in but it was cleared, Josh Ferguson got there and took a stab at it to make it 2-0! Fylde are certainly back in their stride! The second half started and Johnson almost found the bottom corner but Dube got across to tip it wide. Andy Hasler came on for Vince Bytheway, it seemed the manager was just giving the winger a bit of rest. Cambridge were the better team in the early stages of the second half and a lofting ball forward from Smith beat the back line and Candlin was in to slot it past Dube to give Cambridge a lifeline. With ten minutes to go, Wilder tried his luck from the free-kick and he got it past Dube to level! Cambridge come back from 2 down! It's two points dropped for Fylde as they leave Cambridge with just a point keeping them out of the play-off places.
DF: We thought we had the game won in the first half. I walked into the dressing room at half-time and the players seemed to think it was over. Cambridge brought us back down to earth in the second half and I have to congratulate them on a great fightback.

AFC Fylde vs Aldershot
28th February 2032
The starting lineup was unchanged for the visit of Aldershot and Ferguson will be hoping the team doesn't slip up a second time in a row which could hugely impact their season. Aldershot were looking the better team in the first half but the golden chance missed by O'Neill on the stroke of half-time could be costly, he latched onto the beautiful long ball and tried to poke it past the keeper but he done well to get down and save twice from O'Neill. Josh Ferguson was having a quiet afternoon and was replaced by Christian Hutson on 55 minutes. Fylde needed the goal and O'Neill went up top with Joe Donnelly replacing Jack Quinn. Donnelly found Jones bombing down the left and he crossed to the far post, Bytheway won the header but the keeper kept it out with a great stop. Donnelly put a great ball into the box and Tyrone O'Neill went up for the header but it seems he was impeded and the referee gave the spot kick! Christian Hutson wanted to take the kick, he put it hard and low into the back of the net to make it 1-0 on 74 minutes! Aldershot went more attacking and Cox tried a long range shot that was curling into the bottom left corner but Dube got across to tip it away, great save. It's a win for Fylde as they close the gap on the teams above, it might not have been pretty but they got the result.

Fleetwood Town vs AFC Fylde
6th March 2032
The last time these sides met, Fylde put four past their close rivals in a 4-0 win earlier this season. Euan Henderson was back from injury and was straight back into the team. It was a very quiet first half with minimal action, Fylde defended well against Fleetwood and won the ball back in defence but could not do much with it in the final third. Gibbs-White tried from range but Dube managed to palm in clear. Dube took the goal kick but it was gathered by Fleetwood and the long ball was played forward to Gibbs-White who remained onside and had his shot saved by Dube who was having a good game in goal. It finished 0-0 with very little excitement, Dube done well to deny Gibbs-White on numerous occasions but Fylde hardly tested the keeper.
DF: It's not a bad result to take away from Fleetwood, we defended well but did little in their half. I think our promotion bid has taken a hit in the second half of the season but we have responded well recently to our poor form and we are five matches unbeaten in the league. We can reach the play-offs this season but it is very tight, we need to be winning more games.

AFC Fylde vs Bradford City
9th March 2032
The last thing Fylde want is any injuries before the F.A. Cup Quarter final this weekend and it was a strong side fielded for the visit of Bradford with Henderson and Hasler on the flanks and Jack Quinn keeping his place up top. Quinn done well to get on the end of Stockbridge's cross on 15 minutes but he headed it just wide of the post. Dube played the ball upfield on 29 minutes, Marshall played it to Henderson and he switched it to Hasler, with a deft touch knocking into the area for Quinn, he couldn't get the shot away so passed it to Declan Marshall who chipped it in to make it 1-0! The lead didn't last and Ian Brewer curled in a great ball for Sam Ashord to put past Dube who got his hands to it but couldn't stop it. Fylde were doing everything they can to find the second, Hasler was playing well and crossed for Henderson who headed at goal and the keeper pushed it over. Richard Macrae was taken off just before half-time as he appeared to be struggling, Kenny McPherson came on. Ten minutes to go and Jones sent in the free-kick towards the back post, Feeney rose above his marker and got it in with a great header, 2-1! Fylde's current longest serving player could have put them into a play-off position! Fylde just had to see this one out. Bradford won a free-kick in a dangerous position and Armstrong whipped it into the box in stoppage time, Dube pushed it over the bar but the danger wasn't averted yet. It's all over at Mill Farm and Fylde have picked up three vital points in their push for promotion.
