….ha, ha. You need to keep abreast of the horse racing thread. I gave a few big priced ones that went in last March and have posted a few for next year. I’ve backed Gala Marceau for Mares Hurdle @ 33-1, she’s now down to 12-1 which I think is still a good price to put in doubles etc.

Got a mate who has always been a gambler on horses and football. He got a job pretty high up in a big gambling firm and he was telling us how they monitor and close the ‘successful’ accounts. The bookie always wins.

Also said gambling amongst players was endemic. Was a few years ago I spoke to him. Would hope clubs have more awareness to this now.
