Reading the Norwich fans forum, they were all anticipating a full England call-up, so a move to the Toffees has to raise his profile and give him a better chance. i was expecting bigger odds, but 16s is the best I saw. The market reflects a shortage of quality defenders, Holgate is as low as 6-1.
